LOAD TESTING

OSHA regulations require that cranes be inspected at initial startup and then annually after commissioning, and load testing is conducted as part of the inspection process. Test loads cannot be more than 125% of the rated load unless otherwise recommended by the manufacturer. Test reports are maintained on file and are readily available to authorized personnel.
OSHA and ANSI/ASME regulations require that elevators and escalators undergo stress testing at capacity load limits. When testing multiple elevators banks, inspectors often require additional weights. We can supply the weights needed to reduce your inspection time and save both you and your customer money.
