WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE

Normal work hours are from 6:00am – 2:00pm, but do vary depending on the customer’s requirements (we are a 24-7 service provider). Early morning pours may occur based on the time of year. Weekend work may be requested from time to time.

• Form setting (primarily structural concrete with some flat work)
• Concrete finishing: hand and machine
• Reading plans
• Using laser
• Rebar placement
• Equipment operation would be a bonus (backhoe, skid-steer, excavator, reach forklift)

This role is vital to the day-to-day operations of SWSCALE, and will provide an immediate and meaningful impact to the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• The ability to read blueprints and understand project layouts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – to be demonstrated both externally and internally
• Ability and willingness to travel, with potential multiple overnight stays

Job Type: Full-time

Department: Construction

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
